Math Street Qualification Process

 

Is there a desire by the school or district to purchase a supplemental remedial math resource?

Yes / No		 Do you have a specified philosophy and strategy for teaching remedial math?

Yes / No		 Do you have the technology environment to support and effectively implement Math Street into your services?
/
Yes / No		 Do you have a funding source designated or available to purchase a program such as Math Street?
/
Yes / No		 Is there a designated internal representative that can engage an audience to participate in the trial process?

If the answers to the above questions are yes, a Math Street evaluation site will be created under the following guidelines:

  1. Agreement by both parties that an evaluation site of Math Street will be reviewed and will effectively assist in evaluating Math Street’s value to the school or District.
  2. An evaluation site will be set up with an expiration of 30 days from the date it was set up.
  3. A time and date will be arranged to review, demonstrate and/or discuss all aspects relevant to the Math Street evaluation.
  4. An invoice in the amount of $649.00 (the retail price) will be generated as part of our general accounting practice.
  5. No payment is required prior to or during the evaluation period.
  6. Payment for, or expiration of, the Math Street trial site will be determined by the end of the evaluation period.
